Matt Redman是英國一位敬拜帶領者，他談到，他的牧師教導他們教會敬拜的真義。為了使會眾明白敬拜并不只限於音樂，有一段時期他禁止聚會唱歌，以此來學習以其它的方法敬拜。當這段時期結束，Matt寫了一首經典歌曲，歌名叫「敬拜的心(真諦)」(Heart of Worship) ：(以上節錄自夏忠堅牧師「我活著是為了敬拜」)
